Bright and clean store. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming and checkout is always a breeze and wait time. The store can seem a bit tight, especially with a stroller, but the layout is just how all bath and body works stores are (lots of different display tables). Otherwise everything is well laid out and always easy to find what I'm looking for. I also love how the store doesn't get rearranged every 6 months like other stores do.

Haven't been in this store in years! The scents for me are too much. Today I thought I see what was new in products. The staff was friendly and helpful and showed me the area of display for their new products. Have to say my high sensitivity to smells allowed me to visit their for only 5 mins. I bought a small room spray. With being in the mall there's plenty of parking and wheelchair parking and access at the mall entrance.

Best candle this year!! Always so happy with our products. Only downside would be the nozzles on your body sprays they always break ️ other then that great products.

Great customer service. Masks were required, sanitization was required, they sanitized after handling cash, it was great. They didn't have the coffee candles I wanted, but I did find some good candles

I wish we didn't have to give even 1 star. Rude and judgmental. You feel like you're being given the bum's rush from the store. I get that we're in the midst of a pandemic but if you're that paranoid then only allow one or two people in the store at a time, not 5 or 6. I won't ever go back. My experience was anything but friendly.
