We went to the store today and it was so grimmy and unclean. Cooktop surfaces looked like someone had just finished a fry up breakfast on them! There are pans on some of the cooktops for simulation I guess, and these were really dirty too. I'm sure Thermador wouldn't be pleased to see their high end cooktop not even installed properly (sticking out in one corner). There is no excuse at anytime for this level of grime, especially when they have been working behind closed doors with lockdown for weeks, and only reopened to the public yesreday! Management please pull it together! You have the products, but you have shoppers like us turned off by the lack of care for the showroom.

I want to Thank TA Appliances for hearing my voice. I had been disappointed in a delivery scenario of my back ordered product. I had posted on Social Networks my frustration. TA Listened! Thank you for taking care of us and doing the right thing once you were aware. Nice Recovery! I applaud you for doing the right thing. Problem Jackson our sales rep is really a good rep and one that should not have to deal with delivery issues. I encourage new customers to know that TA appliances does listen. Buyer Beware. We purchased a GE stove less than two years ago. Within the first 6 months the elements stopped working and the circuit board needed to be replaced. Less than a year later, when cooking on the stove top the stove top malfunctioned. Please see the pics. We assumed that the extra insurance that we bought would cover the damage. It did not. I would recommend that you inquire as to what this insurance covers prior to purchase. GE claimed that it was \consumer misuse\ that caused the problem. I am unclear as to why putting a pot on the stove top and turning on the burner is considered misuse, but apparently it is. I am now left with having to purchase a new stove less that two years after the purchase of a high end stove. I am shocked at the lack of support and accountability in resolving this issue.
Awesome washer and dryer purchased from this business HOWEVER...with patience and understanding, we began calling about an issue with our washer (that is under warranty) back FEBRUARY 2020 and had a repair man come have a look at it (finally) in AUGUST. It needs a part to repair it and after NUMEROUS unhelpful phone calls....we are STILL waiting for it to be fixed. I am expecting it to still be repaired under warranty and maybe with an apology for the wait??!! A reply from them would be GREATLY appreciated as laundry mats are expensive... especially with 2 young children!!
Well, this business looks like only a BBQ store from the outside, but inside, a plethora of appliances and accessories from several manufacturers! Wow! What a selection! The staff are busy, so an appointed was necessary for us (more time) to select appliances and fine tune our kitchen design for renos. Omg! Carol spent 2 hours with us! We had alot of questions about comparing products, alternative choices, updates and generally tapped her brain! Finally, we have a working plan for appliances to send to the designer for final draft. I cant wait to see these new appliances in my new kitchen! Thanks so much!
