I've had old VHS and tapes converted to DVD with Steingard Photography. So happy to find this service!

Kevin provided excellent service. We spoke about the possibility of a GOOGLE tour for our newest showroom in Newmarket, upon agreeing to the price Kevin made it happen within a couple of days. Looks great and Kevin was very easy to work with. All in all very happy with the work and the service.

Dropped 2 family cassettes off to be transferred to DVD for Christmas presents. We had watched the tapes previously to select the ones that would make good presents. When I took the transferred DVDs home to watch with the family, one tape couldnt play past the first 5 minutes and the other tapes was ANOTHER PERSONS FAMILY VACATION! We watch the tape through and no one in my family recognized anyone in the second video. So Called steingard and dropped the DVDs back off to be fixed and returned to the proper family. (and to hopefully get the correct DVD back) The one DVD got fixed, but we lost a cassettes tape of family memories :( Its been 6 months and I left a voicemail asking them to call around to see if anyone receieved a tape labeled \FIGHTS\ ( it has the most adorable fight scene of my sisters fighting over riding a broom like a horse) but they havent return my call. Guess its gone forever. Theres nothing worse that losing family memories.

We did the work at home that we asked him if he could do. Kept saying not able to do this or that but we were able to accomplish it with some time and patience. Paid top price for a less than mediocre job. My husband had to instruct on how to do things. I wanted it to be a surprise. It was not. Would absolutely not recommend.
