Outstanding customer service provided here. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim, who was very friendly and quick to respond. I was awaiting stock of a highly anticipated headset and Jim kept me updated until it became available. He even went as far to reserve one on my behalf so I didn’t miss out. Outstanding service! I ordered a product through Amazon that actually shipped from Amazon via Canada Post but the listed seller was Simcoe Audio Video. Canada Post lost the package and told me to contact the seller so they could initiate a claim. When I explained the situation to Simcoe Audio and Video they sent me a replacement product the same day so that I wouldn't be waiting for it any longer even though they were not the original shipper! Outstanding service. They clearly care about their customers. I will be buying from them again.

At the start of the pandemic bought a Sonos amp and B&W 607 from Simcoe Audio Video, was looking at different setup but glad I took their advice. Excellent system! Avoid big box stores, go with the people who have the knowledge and expertise. Thanks for the advice and excellent service.
We cannot say enough good things about the quality of service we have received from Simcoe Audio. We have used them on several TV setups. We recently had help over the phone from Tobias, who walked me through a very technical setup (we accidentally wiped out all our settings) and fixed the problems (Friday evening before a long weekend).
