Thanks again Roger! Headed for a 4000km drive and you saved me from having to wear my old backup glasses with scratched lenses right in the line of sight! Also these new glasses are so nice! They are super light and I can use my phone and see the things in the distance! Love them! The eye doctor (sorry I forgot his name) he was great too! I highly recommend this hakim optical location on bayfield street in Barrie! Great staff and above and beyond service! Happy holidays and merry Christmas to you all!

Roger really saved me! I went in as a new customer with a broken pair of glasses and was able to walk out with a brand new pair on my face, within an hour! (50% off i might add) the store was quite busy but every customer was dealt with promptly and left happily. i would highly recommend stopping by as the other places just can’t compete !!!

Had a great experience here today. I was able to schedule an exam on a Saturday, with less than a days notice. The doctor and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Roger was wonderful! He is very personable and took care of everything, from the scheduling to the selection of frames and fitting....he answered all my questions, and helped me choose 2 great frames. Excellent customer service. I am very happy with this location, and can't wait to get my new glasses! Thank you for the pleasant experience Hakim Bayfield and Roger :)
