Overall , a positive smooth experience from sales to delivery. Initially ( unknowingly) selected a product with poor reviews , was quickly advised by Adam about this and changed my selection after reading these reviews . The process was simple and all the steps moving forward were explained in detail. Showroom had a good selection of products to choose from with prices for all budgets. Sales associates practiced appropriate covid measures well. Definitely would recommend considering Canadian appliances for any future purchases.

Everything was good until delivery. I paid for the removal of my old appliances and it never happened and I am still waiting for a call back old fridge was left in the middle of my kitchen and called the sales rep promised to have it pick up still waiting 2 weeks later no call no apology no follow up sales rep Johnny Mathews Update - Sept 22 still no follow up or attempt to reach out guess they are just hoping it will go away

The delivery gentlemen were awesome. Very polite and courteous. They respected our home and ensured that no damages were done after delivery. They were both very patient and ensured that the appliances were unpacked and ready to go. They gave us advice on each appliance and some quick maintenance tips. Keep up the great work and stay safe guys

Wow! Excellent service! Sales person was very helpful. Delivered our new washer/dryer within 2 days of order. Delivery personnel are very friendly, fast and efficient. The entire process was an absolute pleasure! Thank you so much!

I had been shopping for months now and couldn't decide on which BBQ to get until I contacted CAS. Jason helped me from start to finish and the service was impeccable. He even got me close to my budget and threw in some extras to sweeten the deal. Only reason I gave this review 4 stars was for the manufacturer delays we experienced. Other than that, this journey was a great one for me and I couldn't be happier with my new BBQ.
