I visited Bark & Fitz for the first time on the weekend and was very happy with the service. The sale associate that helped me on my first visit was very helpful and friendly. Although, it was just her 6th day with the store, she made me very comfortable with what I was buying for my first puppy. I didn't get her name but I was very happy with her service and thankful for her help. I would definitely go back!

Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Just had an issue and concern with a food brand I’ve been using for years and the owners offered to contact the company on my behalf and also gave me a discount on my next purchase. Wonderful store!

Every time I shop here, I leave with an amazing experience. The shop owners spend so much individual time with me and inquire about my needs. They give me enough space to browse on my own, but also offer me one-on-one time and answer all of my questions. The show genuine interest in the needs of my dog and try to find products that will be the best for her. They also offer free samples which I really appreciate. Because of their samples of Open Farm, I have found a food that my dog loves and can digest properly. I will never go to another store because I feel like each customer and dog deserves the care and attention given by a store like Bark and Fitz.
This store has everything one may need for their pets under one roof. The store is much larger than it appears from the outside. The new owners are super knowledgable and passionate about pet health which is reflected in the selection of the pet food they carry. Their pet toys are reasonably priced. Overall, shopping here was an awesome experience due to the wide selection and extremely helpful staff. Last but not there least, these cookies are a reason in themselves for one to go here -
Absolutely amazing service from the owners/team here. The care they have for animals is apparent and will not steer you in the wrong direction. They curate and stock only the best brands and items for your loved family member. Our Boston loves coming here for grooming also! Highly recommend the grooming team at Bark & Fitz North Oakville.
