I highly recommend choosing a minimum of at least two drinks off of the Modernist Series. Whether you’re looking for an intriguing experience or the perfect photo for Instagram, Barchef is for you. The service is friendly and their recommendations are based accurately on what you’re in the mood for. Front of house service is a touch slow but overall still very enjoyable. The small dishes available are satisfying as well but the creative drinks are hands down the star! This will be the first bar/lounge I visit when Toronto allows restaurants to open back up. Waiting patiently!

I usually don’t find myself writing reviews on google as I use my social media as a plate form for reviewing restaurants. However, Bar Chef exceeded my expectations of phenomenal service. To start - the atmosphere was a mix of sophistication and class (it reminded me of SUR in L.A). The cocktails were made with care (it was quite apparent) and the staff was excellent. The general manager was prompt and professional. His knowledge and expertise were appreciated and I will definitely be hosting an event here once it’s safe to do so! Atmosphere - 10/10 Service - 11/10 Cleanliness- 10/10 Food - 10/10 Cocktails - 100% Will return - 100%

Great cozy bar with very exotic cocktails. It’s not obvious from outside but this is a fancy bar, the drinks are more on the expensive side. But definitely worth checking out. The decorations and the vibe is very nice.
Had a stellar experience here. Came for birthday drinks and could not have gone with a better venue. The staff was super friendly and the customer service was excellent. Very nice ambiance with a super chill vibe unlike most places downtown. I was even able to deliver a birthday cake here before they opened and they happily accepted it. Tiered pricing on the drinks. They go from reasonably priced to expensive drinks but keep in mind you’re paying for the experience. With that in mind, they are totally worth it for a special occasion. Definitely recommend Bar chef!
Honestly I’ve been here way too many times! I love their drinks and staff, try getting the bar seats so you can see the drinks being made! Music and the dim lights really hit the spot, total vibes !
It was an amazing experience, the drinks were presented in a very interesting design which we enjoyed very much. A very cozy small place. I gave it a 4 star because I did not try their food so I’m giving it this rating based on the drinks only.
We just had Barchef host our virtual award night for our National Sales meeting. Frankie was AMAZING! Everyone loved it and I couldn't recommend Barchef more. Can't wait to visit in the near future (hopefully). Thank you so much for a night to remember :)
