I was in the market for a new BBQ but didn't have a clue what I wanted. I went to the big box stores and asked a few questions only to quickly realize that staff working in seasonal knew very little. I decided to go to BBQ Country and my expectations were surpassed ten fold. The staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. Detailing features, warranties and comparisons on various brands. I am very happy that I walked into BBQ Country. Thank you BBQ Country staff. You did a great job and I am extremely happy grilling on my new BBQ!
I just picked up my second Traeger Grill from Barbecue Country. These folks are serious about BBQ, Grills and Smokers. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and you can tell they get fired up just talking about it. Keeps me coming back.... all the way from Calgary!
