Balloonatics Design is the BEST Vancouver Balloon shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and will always do their best to bring your vision to life. I had custom balloons for my wedding with beautiful garland and I had so many compliments on them. I would highly recommend their service! Thanks for everything Isaac Balloonatics team.
Disappointed with customer service...I was going to order the most expensive 2021 balloon package to celebrate NYE at home and asked the owner Isaac if he could deliver the balloons free of charge to Downtown Vancouver, but he refused. The package I was going to order costs 150, plus a 60 delivery fee on top of it. The delivery fee is too expensive and we don’t have a big car to drive all the balloons home safely, so we hoped Balloonatics could deliver it for free, considering the amount we were willing to pay and support local business. Clearly customer service is not important to them or this is not the owner’s main business.
