We have multiple multifunctional printers from automation one and could not be happier with the products they offer as well as the service they provide. When we do have to make a service call their service guys are quick to respond and get us back up and running. We don't have to call a 1-800 number to request service. The sales rep. Steve I deal with checks in with us regularly to see how the product is working for our needs. Great company and will be sticking with these guys for our office supplies needs!
