Overall I had a very positive experience buying from Paul Singh. I got a good price on the vehicle I bought and was made a fair offer on my trade in. There were some issues with the vehicle I bought. Paul and his team took care of everything, without hesitation, and at no extra cost to me. Everyone there is polite, friendly, and makes you feel welcome. I never found the salespeople to ever be pushy. Even after the deal was made and the papers were signed, Paul Singh and his team still made sure that they made time for me and would make sure that I felt like their number one priority.

If you miss payments they WILL charge you. Guaranteed. But I just spent half an hour on the phone with them and Debbie is very helpful, she explained my entire payment history all the way back to 2018 with me. Helped me figure out where the balance is at, and allowed me to increase my payments to pay the loan off faster.
