Not many of these gems left....huge inventory of clothes, house wares, sporting goods and lots more at really great prices.

Prices are good, and there is a fair amount of selection of literally everything here from fishing gear to camping gear to clothing, shoes, food and even hardware. The parking lot is huge, and we had excellent customer service helping us with all the camping gear we needed to buy for our outdoor adventure. If you are looking to comparative shop for outdoor gear, definitely give this place a look.

This store has so much history behind it. It was always a place where you never knew what kind of bargain you'd find, but there was gonna be a bargain and you'd find it, and enjoy the hunt! Something has shifted this last year. I'm not sure what or why, but this is not the same store. Whatever miasma has entered the air con, I hope it will clear soon. The staff is still great, the store still has bargains, but the stock is not there. The choices aren't there. There's a superficiality that doesn't belong in the walls of this old girl. Mrs. Army & Navy, if you read this, please please, don't let this place fade away.

Great place for imported grocety items. Staff are friendly enough but could use more problem solving skills. They protect their shopping carts like a dog with a bone though... creepy.

I've always loved Army & Navy but in the past year they have drastically changed the items they carry. Gone are children's clothing, kitchen ware and now the grocery section is greatly reduced. I miss the old Army & Navy but will still go there to browse. Also the staff are always very friendly.

FISHING ROD WARRANTY: Broke the Tip of my Fenwick Rod end of September.-\u003e 5 Year warranty, originally purchased rod in 2018. Brought into the Fishing Dept. They were polite and explained it needed to be shipped to PURE FISHING in Toronto (No Cost). Got a New Replacement Rod about 6 weeks later. Was very pleased with the Stores Customer Service Staff -\u003e They were pleasant with the Drop Off and Called immediately when the new rod came in. I have shopped this location for over 10 years and really like their service. Thank you! Blair Welsh

Wow my buddy and went to look and stock up on some fishing gear only to see empty racks and a smaller dept. This store used to be so good for purchasing supplies but I guess who ever is doing the purchasing dont know what there doing, very disappointed. Army Navy had such a good reputation and the New West store is even worse, no stock no since of shopping there! Starting to look like a cheap dollar store.

So disappointing, no baby clothes. Cleared shelves of most Coleman replacement parts and equipment. Army and navy were renowned for this. Smarten up!
