A Big Thank you Arctic Spa for our outstanding Cub tub! The installation team that came in was a well oiled machine and everything went in without a hitch. We've been enjoying the tub for a few weeks now and we LOVE IT!. This is an incredible spa - our last two hot tubs (from other brands) always cooled down when we were soaking - this one warms up! Also a special thanks to Ryan, their technician, who spent time showing me exactly how to operate the spa, and how to get the water balanced properly. Overall, I we are very impressed. Arctic Spas are the best for a reason!

Thank you Arctic Spa for our amazing new spa. Everything arrived perfectly coordinated... the crane, water truck, Arctic spa delivery truck and their technician, Ryan. I was so impressed with how they coordinated everything perfectly. I also appreciated the temporary spa they lent us until the big one arrived. Also a special thanks to Ryan, their technician, who spent time showing me exactly how to operate the spa, hooked up the internet and was extremely patient while I went over everything to make sure I had it covered. Overall, I am very impressed. Now I'm just waiting for it to heat up so i can enjoy it.
I really appreciate the way the Arctic Spas are constructed. They are well insulated to save on energy costs, yet the wiring and plumbing remain easily accessible. I love having a salt-water spa that makes its own chlorine, of which very little is needed. Basically, once you get it up and running, you hardly ever need to treat the water. The Spa Boy app means you can check the pH and chlorine levels from inside your house! My spa is older and it recently needed some TLC. Ryan provided skillful, knowledgeable service. Give that man a bonus!
I have had my Arctic spa Tundra for approximately 4 months and my family loves it. I was very happy dealing with Dennis at the Victoria location. He was very knowledgeable and was a big help deciding on the right spa. Ryan was the technician who set up the spa, he was very professional and informative. The delivery personnel were also very helpful finding the right placement on the deck. I did my research prior to purchasing an Arctic spa and I can honestly say they’re superior compared to other manufacturers. 1. Hot tub cover is well constructed, the thickness is probably double compared to others on the market. You can actually stand on top of the cover. I recently had a power outage and the temperature didn’t drop after 6 hours. 2. Frame construction is solid and the exterior cedar trim is top quality. When you look inside the spa all the plumbing and electrical lines look high quality. 3. The seats are very comfortable and the adjustable headrests are a nice touch. The Tundra model has a great seat selection with various seat depths. 4. Spa boy is a great feature, you can monitor your spa with the Arctic spa app. I hardly add chemicals as the salt water system is very low maintenance. There is no chemical smell and my skin feels great afterwards. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with an Arctic Spa.
Doesn't matter which dealer of arctic spas i go to, I am always treated as one of there own. I went in there today for an interview and was treated like anyone else would have been. Love the family scene they push for and strive for. Great Job.
What a fabulous install today on our little island! Ryan and Dawson were so lovely, situating the tub just so.. until I was perfectly happy. They didn't leave a scrap of garbage, and repeated things until I clearly understood everything to keep my little Fox in tip top running order (not hard.. this is the easiest hot tub ever.. its shows all on my phone now,) Thank you guys for a fun day.. (and Dawson for sharing a bit of your lunch with Muppet ...golden retriever )
Bought one of the first Arctic Spa tubs on Vancouver Island a few years back. Had an issue with the Spa Boy. Ryan the service technician came out.... what a rock star, personable, friendly, he knew the fix right away... Rock solid guy, great service...
Ok so after much research we landed on an Arctic Spa because we felt it was simply the best quality spa available in the Vancouver Island marketplace. Dennis was knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to educate us on the Arctic Spa's construction and options and then we waited with great anticipation for today to arrive - delivery day for our new spa. Sam arrived at the scheduled time and went the distance to ensure our new spa was installed perfectly. Sam also took the time to get the spa water balanced and the right mix of chemicals added, the whole time while also educating me on how to properly use and maintain the spa. He too was a wealth of knowledge. The Spa Boy app on my smartphone is a dream to have and takes all the guess work (and the frequent testing of water) out of owning a spa. Overall we are very pleased with the quality workmanship of our new spa and the service that Dennis, Sam and the entire Arctic Spas team have provided, and we are happy to provide this reference for others beginning their spa journey.
