Erie accent pools closed my pool as usual. They left a VM on 11/6 stating my credit card wasn't working. I thought that was odd because I never called them to give them my CC since I didn't even get a bill. I called back the next day and they said they figured it out. I then realized they charged my credit card without my authorization, without me ever seeing the bill, and to boot, charged me 70 more then usual and I only found that out by looking at my visa statement. I figured they must have used my CC from when I purchased some parts from them back in the late spring. Got no where trying to talk with them. Not good business practice or customer service. After 6 years of being a loyal customer, simpler to let it go and never deal with Erie Accent again. Do yourself a favor and go some where else.

Usually a great place to do business but today? Got a couple of jugs of liquid chlorine. While I was paying for it, another girl got the chlorine and put them in my trunk. I trusted the process. Got into town to do some shopping and found one of the jugs with both caps loose. Chlorine all over my trunk, all over our material shipping bags and now on my wife's new Capri pants!!! DO NOT PUT CHLORINE INTO CUSTOMERS CARS ANYMORE!! LET THE CUSTOMER DO IT THEMSELVES SO THEY CAN INSPECT EACH JUG FIRST!! I NEED TO INSPECT EVERY JUG NOW BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF TIGHTENING THE CAPS CORRECTLY. Very disappointed in how this went down.

Poor communication. Owner sends nasty emails even if you have been kind and polite. Owner is not truthful about what I said...she said on phone. Pool opening crew were OK, but...Tim Horton cups left in yard, left large plastic container of something in yard, black slick substance left on grass, pool cover not put in pool she'd, left my hose out and running. I was honest about pool not being opened in 2 years and was quoted a price. My visa went way over that price. Best I can say is...yes they came back for another cleaning, but charged a crazy price. I suggest you do like I did and take copious notes while you are on the phone with them, and keep your emails. And...bolts for a diving board...quoted at 95.99 plus tax. I got those bolts for 7 dollars at home hardware and fixed it myself. Lastly, it doesn't help to be nice, patient, compliant, or apologetic with erie accent...the owner is not interested in customer service
