I can’t say enough about Laura and her staff at the store on West 4th in Vancouver. What a group of nice, friendly and helpful people! They addressed the issue with my ski jacket and I walked out with a huge smile on my face! Thanks Laura, you went above and beyond my initial expectations! You’re the best!!!
