Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Ordered appliances in December and received now 2 weeks ago. After asking for specific delivery date requested appliances were not delivered on time given excuses that their unavailable or out of stock. After receiving appliances I received appliances with missing parts in dishwasher and oven range. I have been in contact for 2 weeks now to receive assistance to get me these parts. This is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I contact or email I get told to contact Samsung Canada, and Samsung Canada says they cannot help me because they can only assist within 48 hours of delivery. No one has helped and I repeatedly get cutoff. I am extremely disappointed with Appliance Canada’s service and my sales associate is no help either. I payed full for these appliances and they are NEW. I should not be having these problems. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Nobody should buy from them.
The Mississauga location is a joke. Very poor customer service, they take your money and don't fulfill their end of the agreement. No follow up from sales person after our sale, deliveries promised within 4 weeks, pushed to 4 months. I want a refund and I keep getting a runaround from sales team and manager not being there to process it. I want my money back. I will never be shopping here again and I plan on ensuring everyone else I know does not as well.
Ask yourself if you want to buy from a place that is rated 3.2 on Google? Absolute nightmare dealing with these guys. Placed order on Sep 15 for stove and dishwasher telling the sales rep that my current appliances are broken. Was told will get it by Oct 7. On Oct 7 didn't receive a call or my order so reached out to them, was told it is delayed by a week. Called next week again and was told its delayed by a week again. At this point I asked them how they are estimating delivery times and they don't have an answer, its just arbitrary. Followed up with store and head office and did not get any response. Received a call yesterday saying that appliances won't come until December. I have zero confidence in the estimates they have provided and would like to cancel my order. A very clear case of bait and switch. Unethical to take a customer's money promising them a delivery date that you can't meet for months. Not even the courtesy to call and explain when delivery is delayed. I have already spent 100's of dollars fixing up my broken stove and dishwasher as I have no other choice. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
