Our old air exchanger was making some funny noises and we had Andrew come look at it. We decided to replace it as it was over 20 years old. Andrew came in and replaced it and took the time to explain how the new system worked before he left. Linda is great to deal with too, she put up with all of my humming and hawing about which unit to purchase.

Just had my heat pump installed and air exchange cleaned as I neglected it for a few years - oops.. Andrew did an awesome job with the install and showing me how the new system works, and Linda was always available to answer all of my stupid questions before Andrew arrived :) The Karda heat pump works great! Very much looking forward to saving on heat in the winter and having AC in the summer!
Andrew was very professional and genuine. He treated our installation as if he was installing in his own home taking time to discuss location, usage, functionality even considering any potential future home improvements.... things we may never have thought of, he had everything covered. He was prompt, delivered a quality product as promised. Andrew made a point to proactively follow-up several days later to ensure we were satisfied.
A fabulous company! When I moved to Moncton, I knew absolutely nothing about heat pumps. I went to several different companies to try and figure out what was going on and how to fix it, and it was an overall frustrating - and expensive - experience, with techs who didn't show up, ones who showed up and then left again, and then ones who came and charged me twice what they'd said they would. When I finally found Andrew's, it was like night and day. They're quick to respond to you, work with you to get quick appointments particularly in dire circumstances, and always show up when they're scheduled or communicate if there's delays. When they arrive, their work is excellent - Andrew resolved a problem I thought would last forever and was even willing to spend time answering all of my somewhat silly questions about heat pumps. I now hire them every year for ongoing maintenance, and I imagine they'll be the ones I'll get my next heat pump from as well. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough, and they have all my gratitude for making my move here just a little bit less terrifying.
I first met Andrew Doucet of Andrew’s Air Care Inc. in early March 2017 to check my heat pump. He was very thorough in determining cause of problem and took the patience to explain my options. Checked for leaks and explained pros and cons of repairing the equipment. A new compressor was the preferred solution as opposed to repair and he arrived on specified date and time. He was highly organized (I was impressed with the self-built cart for moving equipment about), worked diligently and I could immediately feel the warmth. A follow-up visit was made to ensure proper operation. I have since used Andrew to supply proper filters to inside unit and my latest experience was having the Daikin wall unit thoroughly and professionally cleaned. I have been pleased with the services rendered by Andrew’s Air Care Inc. and would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others. John MacDonald

My experience with Andrew and Linda have been nothing short of amazing. Andrew did a great job installing a new air exchange system at our home approximately 18 months ago. The quality of his work is second to none, but more important to me, he really takes the time to educate his clients to make our lives easier. Today I was required to order new furnace filters which I could not find anywhere due to its odd size. I called in to Andrew's Air Care and they helped me out by placing this order, even if I was not paying for a service through them at this specific time (NOW THAT'S AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE). I truly appreciated this gesture, and I will continue to support this company! Customer service is #1 and don't be scared about using Andrew... you wont be disappointed.
