Won't be bringing any of my vehicles here again. Brought my mustang in for a new caliper along with over 1000 worth of other parts and the brakes were not bleed properly (brake pedal felt like I was pushing the clutch in) so I had to bring it back. Brought my truck in after I put new struts in it for an alignment, picked it up after it was done and the truck pulls to the right, had to bring the truck back in again for them to realign. I put new struts in my mustang, bring it in for an allignment and same story it pulls to the right now after it was driving perfectly straight even after I installed the struts. So I bring it back Thursday night and it sat there until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) then it was finally done. I had a nail in my mustang tire (I purchased tires from thrashers) so I brought just the wheel back hoping they could do it same day, do it properly without issue and I wouldn't have to be without my car for days at a time as per usual. I get home and realise my center cap is missing, call the next day and sure enough they have it so had to make a second trip back to thrashers to retrieve my centre cap that somehow popped off and no one noticed. There's a theme of going in twice to thrashers for 1 service. Double check there work in the parking lot because clearly no one is checking there mechanics. I've wasted tons of time without my vehicles because no one is checking their work.

I don't even know how to put into words how amazing this family truly is , when they say they treat you like family they mean it , I had a very big and expensive job done to my car that I had only just purchased about 3 month prior from rocky motors would never recommend , however thrashers clearly seen the upset and the need for the job to be done they did everything and above to work with me and not only that they were very very very honest , which is hard to come by , I would recommend them to anyone and everyone , thank you for taking care of us and continuing to give amazing service .
