Unimpressed and angry I showed up at 12:10 several months ago to find a lunch sign saying back at one. When I went back later that afternoon I asked when is lunch time, they informed me 12-1pm due to Covid. Fine. Today I arrived at 11:40 to find sign up!?!

All was great until the local company was taken over by an eastern company. Billing mistakes almost regularly, leaking bottles every other delivery and they changed the number of bottles to be delivered without notice from us. Called today to cancel the account and asked for an email to confirm that all was being taken care of - they cannot send out emails, can only send interoffice emails. I truly feel sorry for the people working for the call center of this company!

Some times do not show for scheduled deliveries. When they do show, they often deliver the incorrect kind of water. I have asked why they deliver water that is different from what was ordered and they tell me it must be because they ran out. That is great, but now I have 6 jugs of water I dislike to get through before the next delivery. Which will probably be the same incorrect, execrable water anyway

Too bad their website does not reflect that they are closed for lunch from 12-1. The pickup reception is not friendly and it’s unfortunate that no one offers to help people struggling to carry out their bottles.

Experienced the same service as others of billing issues, many delivery issues. With the change of management it is a disaster of organization. Head office and the local office do not communicate. Plus if you happen to use their, \user friendly\ online account for managing your account and deliveries, this does not match what they have locally. We ordered our water to come Tuesday. Did not come, I contacted them locally to see where it was, they said they only have a delivery ticket for Friday. Friday, did not come, I called again Friday, they said they have a ticket delivery for Monday... I canceled my account and order, as that was not the first time we had delivery issues, many prior to that incident. Called Culligan, Monday, they created us an account and got water to us Tuesday at 8:30am.
