I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. Our furnace died today, which was also my sons birthday. I spoke with Wendy who normally doesnt answer service calls, she gave me a 2-4pm time, I was happy it wasn’t a 8 hr window. She called me back a half hour later and said someone would be here in an hour, 2 hrs before the original time. Chris M came and the first thing he did was introduce himself and wished my son a happy birthday. He was so pleasant and not the typical ‘get in, get out’ service guy. He fixed the furnace and spent time checking the registers as I told him how uneven heat flow is here. The service I experienced was impeccable. I called Wendy to thank her and also spoke to Chris’s boss. I also requested to have the owner call me. I managed customer service for a very large company, so this is very important to me and you never hear the good things. What I got today has to be recognized. Thank you so much!!!

Chad and Derek from the Haytors group were incredible to work with. My family received exactly what we needed while taking the time helping me understand my new Geo system. We had our furnace stop working on a morning in January. Hayter was able to install a new furnace that afternoon. They stayed until 7PM to finish the job that day. They did great work. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.
Amazing company that bumped up their service to fix our furnace and AC on short notice. They replaced it and left our home very tidy and imaculate! They did great work even though our home was old and in need of some rough work. They did it with excellence and we are very pleased!
