Bought a refurbished Lenovo from them, after about 3 months it started freezing randomly when working with MsOffice or any basic functions and it would require having to force power off , I was able to send it back and they sent me a replacement. The replacement is a complete mess. At first I thought it was windows updates slowing it down but all have been updated and the computer is still slow. When I watch youtube the fan switches on and goes like crazy. It looks like they sent me a computer with a older generation (DDR3) RAM than the original one they had initially sold me. I can't load basic pages. Contacting them is a problem, their number always goes to voicemail and the email communications take forever to be attended to. Everything is online right now and I am paralyzed by these issues. I still haven't gotten a hold of someone and it's been 3 days- weekend included. Edit for Update: received a call from tech and they were very helpful and they resolved the issue. Still only 4 stars because the computer had an issue that should have been resolved before sending it to the customer.

Google should have zero star option or negative starts!!!!! I bought a computer from Alta E-Solutions through BestBuy, and the size of the computer was not as anticipated. the return and exchange policy is different from BestBuy and THAT IS NOT CLEAR WHEN YOU PURSCHASE. they refused to return my item and defiantly I will not recommond them at all.
