I went to the store yesterday , I must say I was extremely impressed with my experience as a first time client. Best way to describe it would be simply phenomenal. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the sales associate who was helping me, but he was tall and extremely polite and honest. I was very pleased with how knowledgeable he was when I was inquiring about hiking boots. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, helping me with trying on the shoes and even fitted my foot first and then assisted me with putting on the boots and tying them as well. I would highly recommend this location.
I came here because Valhalla next door was sold out of the product I wanted. The staff member who helped me was either very awkward or rude and it left me feeling a bit weird about my purchase. Hopefully it was just a bad day but I don't think I will bother coming back.
I was out of luck searching for hiking boots in my size. Not only did Alpine have a great selection, the advice and attention were topnotch. This is where people make a difference. Highly recommend.
