This place is amazing. Great customer experience. It's the BMW of garden centers and they do everything. So basically we went to the store, picked what we wanted, paid and left the store with nothing to do . A week later all was delivered and assembled. It's a bit expansive but worth every penny considering it's effortless and made in Italy.

Avoid this place, because they will make yourself feel cheap. Bad customer service. I’m An old customer but will never come back. I’m an old customer of this place for 2 years. Bought all plants from this place for my home.I have a small tree bought from here 1 and half year ago, it has the small bug eggs on it since I got it. Apparently I didn’t notice this as this is my first time having this plant, because those eggs are stick on those leaves and never moves, They just looks some dirt on the leaves. Until recent days, there have became more and more, then someone knows the plant told me that’s bugs. I can’t use any spray treatment at home because my cat bite leaves. So I went to store to see if I can bring the plant to the store let them treat it, and after I will bring it back home. But once I told them the bugs, they thought I want to take advantage of them, told me directly those bugs are definitely from my own home and they can’t return this tree. They didn’t even listen to what I want yet. They just told me to spray alcohol onto it, even I told them about the cat, they looks careless. They said that’s all they can do. I don’t mind to do it myself, and of course they give me some advices that’s good. But I just didn’t expect how they talk to me. They just don’t want to take any responsibility and insist those bugs are from my home. I just come for some advices, nobody is trying to taking money from you, please never treat customers like look them the cheap way. I felt insulted. By paying much more expensive than other place, I can’t believe this is how they deal with customers. I never saw a place having such bad customer service. If you are considering buying some plants, trying somewhere else, or once you start to dealing with their customer service, you’ll regret.
