Impressed with the exceptional customer service received at Akal Optical in a recent visit. It was best overall experience, all the way from booking appointment, getting SMS reminder, vision test, choosing frames and getting high quality glasses with best quality lens. They have the wide selection of brands and staff does an awesome job in finding a suitable pair for me, every friend of mine gave me the compliments on that glasses. Karan was very friendly and helpful in suggesting options with my prescription glasses. He showed patience in answering all of my questions and provided me very reasonable price. This place is really fantastic. All the staff is really friendly. No wait time only and appointment is needed. Even the guy there helped me to find the glasses of my choice. He gave me a 13% discount too. Which pretty much saved me the taxes.
