One of my wife's favorite stores, They offer a unique and different products related to home furnishings and accessories. Staff were very helpful. We bought a great chair a while ago and love it. Glad to see that this store will stay open, and not close down when Pier 1 downsizes some of their stores.

Found the perfect living room table I went around looking for!! And that too at a steal price! The girl who helped with the sale was super friendly and helped me load up. Thank you!! Hard to find squares but look how it sits between my L sofas!!! Just perfect!!!! Oh and this was the last one
Am so sad they are shutting down...so sad. There is some real unique stuff. Got some real good deals today!!
I just shopped at the Ajax location and I just had to write about my awesome experience. I was greeted at the door by the friendliest lady whose name was Nancy. She was so extremely helpful and so friendly and she deserves a great review! Thank you so much Nancy for your help
If I could give no stars I would but that's not an option. Overall the staff is nice but those managers have no customer service skills. They dont know how to help customers or even try to accommodate the customer. Needles to say I went to Home Sence and spent my 667 with a smile because they actually go above and beyond to help. Please get new managers the ones you have in this store is very rude and dismissive. You need to update your workforce time for change.
My m went to pick up it's my sister ordered and had not paid for and the staff would not even look it up in the system and just said you can't pick it up. They told her because my sister would have paid so she'd have to get it. But my sister did not pay and all they had to do was check my mom's ID as she has the same last name but they chose to not even help her.
I enjoyed my experience there! Most importantly, I was amazed with the staff.. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The amount of merchandise and choices was probably above and beyond similar stores.. I'd definitely go back!
Love the store but you can feel tension in the air. Manager didn't smile once!
