I have been shopping at this bike shop for years now. Service has always been amazing. Prices are always fair. I recently bought a new Bike from this shop. After a hard summer of riding my chain broke on the trail. I dropped the bike off, it was ready to be picked up the next day. Chain fixed, bike cleaned, full tune up for a great price. I would recommend this shop to anyone who want good service and fair prices. Great Job Northern Cycle!

great service and actually understood what i was looking for without hesitation or upsell on another bike. she maybe beat to snot but there my stories to tell. nothing beats getting proper service. til the next crash or bonkers idea. thanks again.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service and their repair prices. We had some repairs to our \Canadian Tire\ bikes and I know Northern Cycle sells much more expensive bikes than ours so I was worried that their service would be very expensive as well. This was not the case at all !! They replaced a rear derailer, the chain, a spoke (on he gear side) and straightened the wheel for about 100. The staff were also very clear with the cost from the moment I dropped off the bike and it did not change! Clear communication, courteous staff, good prices and qualified repair staff ... a winning combination in my opinion. I highly recommend them.
Great first time experience. Fixed my flat tube while sport check couldn't figure out what was wrong with their own bike! Great place for Ajax residents
