Save your money, horrible service and overly priced. I ordered 2 Caesar wraps, and didn't know that they had bacon in it since the font is so unclear and difficult to read. The words are all in white and clumped next to each other. When she brought out the sandwiches they had bacon in them, I realized I had made a mistake and so I asked if she could replace them. They said yes but the manager said you have to repurchase the sandwiches. I understand it was my mistake by not reading clearly, however coffee culture is more expensive compared to tims or starbucks. I mean paying for one wrap that costs 10.99 is double what you'd pay at tims or starbucks. She could've made us the wraps again & provided good service by keeping the customers happy since I had just paid almost 30 bucks in wraps and drinks that went straight to waste. However, instead they maintained that we have to repay, my fiancé repurchased the wrap, while I decided to spend my money elsewhere. We won't be coming back anywhere, since I ended up paying 45 dollars for 3 wraps and a drink, 2 of which went straight to the trash. Bad service, good service would've been keeping your customers happy and giving them the same wrap again and a positive experience, especially because it was a genuine mistake and to think of all the food these restaurants waste themselves or throw out every night. Horrible customer service!!

Cute coffee shop in Ajax which is pretty cozy and great to get work done. Tons of outlets for laptop workers and great choices on food. Definitely a great spot to chill in Ajax.

Coffee culture ajax..... I go there to see few of my close friends..... I don’t mind the place it taste fine..... I like the coffee latte and I feel like that’s all I can really eat there..... I wish they add more options..... I find it very difficult to believe they don’t have a lot of healthy options..... they also have no halal options which is sad...... Ajax has so much different cultures.... it will be a smart idea to add more options in your menu..... thank you. Update : I had a amazing visit today :) They are amazing.
