The first time I went into this location I was with a co-worker and we were both sure that the counter staff had been drinking , it literally took them 45min to get our order together which was not very complex to say the least, we gave them our corporate account number and they gave us a run around saying they had just changed the system over and all of the account numbers were now updated blah blah blah. The second time I went in and it took them 15min to find a fitting to a bottle that they rent out, and at that they only had half of the fitting, I was sent over to the main warehouse to get the second half which after waiting there for another half an hour they were unable to find so I had to return back to the showroom and return part \A\. I've ordered bottles from this place which never seem to come when expected and all of their welding supplies are over priced. The main problem with this company is that their staff have no idea how to use their computer systems.

Worst welding supply company around. Never have anything in stock and never know what your talking about when you ask them. Don't waste your time with them

I bought a Miller 170 MIG and about six months later it quit working. The wand had frayed at the trigger handle and no current went forward. I took it back and they wanted me to buy a new one,. I asked them to send it back to the factory for repairs and they said they would and call me when it was returned. I phoned back several times over the next few months and when I visited the store there was a complete change of staff and no one had any knowledge of my troubles and denied that they had ever had my part and had no record of repair. I had purched a heavier one from the company that they had initially suggested I take it for repairs for a quarter of what they wanted for a new one.

Robin bailed me out when we needed nitrogen and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.
