Excellent customer service. I arrived there at the closing hours but the staff served me patiently and professionally. My special thanks to Ms. Vahideh who is really diligent and caring.
The staff was very useless. I called to ask a question regarding sponsorship she did not answer the question and made me feel like I should have known. I am not sure why people these people work in such places if they re not even helpful. It’s really sad to see that people in such position could be so useless. Most of the people I spoke to always mentioned that this association only help their own family and friends but now I do believe this.
Afghan woman organization in Mississauga is extremely poor my two day work haven’t even got done in more than one month.
