We are building a new home and had called to have a qoute we were told that an appointment would be a 2 week wait. So we were told they could squeeze us in when the builder was in our area. 2 weeks later after not hearing back from them we called back and asked if we could book an appointment the receptionist then told us they were fully booked for two years.....??

Best pool Company I’ve ever had. I have had West Rim pools for at least 6 years and it has been an immense pleasure to deal with them!!!! My pool has never in 25 years looked sooo great. Richard is amazing to Deal with, I’d be lost without him. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me!!!
