Wonderful clinic!! I used to be with another local sleep clinic and cpap provider, but was very unimpressed with the incredibly poor services they provided. When it came time to replace my cpap I shopped around and went with a different service provider. I went with Clinical sleep solutions. Not only were their prices cheaper, but I was blown away by the amazing helpful, informative and friendly service. I will stick with this company. They really go out of their way to help you. Wonderful staff!!! Thank you clinical Sleep Solutions!!

There is no better place than Clinical Sleep Solutions for excellent quality service for your breathing (CPAP) needs. Cox Taw-Ngo (the owner) has been providing me with outstanding care for over 10 years now, and his employee Sooke is completely knowledgeable on all the different equipment and uses, product lines and being able to recommend what is best for my personal needs and offers her expertise in a quiet gentle professional manner. Both Cox and Sooke always go above and beyond to help me and make sure all my needs have been taken care of in a timely manner before I leave the store. I went to two other different companies before I found Clinical Sleep Solutions and now they have me as a client for life. When i have been really ill Cox has even come to my home and the hospital I was in to make sure I had what I needed and was set up properly. Sooke washed all my equipment for me including the mask, hose, machine, distilled water container the last time I was in and inspected them for any leaks or breakages. It is such a relief and wonderful feeling knowing my breathing equipment and I are always so well taken care of. Cox and Sooke, thank you so very very much for all you do for me and especially all the little extra's that let me know how much you really care about your customers!
I have had a machine for many years. Vital Aire in Naniamo persuaded me to get a new Res Med Air Sense machine. It was unusable. I took it back three times and they found nothing wrong but it was still unusable. Finally they said they would return it to the factory and gave me a loaner. It also did not work.Two years later they found my old machine in a storage closet and wanted their loaner back. I had been unable to use it anyway. I got my original one back, still unusable. A friend in Abbotsford convinced me to try Clinical sleep solutions. I am glad I did. I can not say enough good things about them. Pleasant staff and Cox Tan-Ngo Took about two minutes to find the problem and fix it , which he did for free with a simple flick of a switch. Nice people, great service.
