HORRIBLE !!!! Look at what their technician did to my ceiling with just a ductless install. We asked and repeated many times that they should keep the damage to minimal because I want to keep the ceiling although my basement is in the middle of renovation. I even instructed the sales ref. before installation day on how this ceiling was designed and how to get to the space betwen the joinsts and the tiles to fish the wires. Not sure if the guy even know what a fish tape is used for. He removed the whole row and damaged a bunch of tiles nearby. He showed no experience and expertise to handle the job. This mess is going to cost me so much more headache, time, and money. Indeed, it's been almost 3 weeks, still have not received my final invoice and warranty registration. Called the sales ref., he did not borther to respond. So far nobody followed up with me yet. Their sale tactic was also troublesome. The ref. gave me a quote and stated that this system is 22 SEER, but turned out it's only 15 SEER when I called him back to do the paperwork. I was skeptical but did not want to waste my time to ask around again. Such a terrible experience! **Update: quickly after my review was posted, the management team contacted me trying to remedy the situation. Although there was not much they can do about it, I appreciated their afforts and apology. As a result, I revised the original review

The experience was disappointing and frustrating. Went from not having hot water from the hot water tank to a damaged cold water shutoff valve. After numerous visits from A Plus (visit 1) \diagnostic\ person determined the only issue was the mixing valve (no other issues or concerns.) but he \does not do the repairs\, (visit 2) \diagnostic\ person came back as the epair\ person installing an incorrect valve (noticed size was incorrect after installing) and then reinstalled the original valve), (visit 3) another epair\ person came back with and installed the correct sized mixing valve, we now had hot water! However, at the end of the (visit 3) service, the repair person stated that the cold water shutoff valve needed to be replaced as it is dripping. He proceeded to tape up the valve and said that we should get a plumber to fix it. Expressed to him that the cold water shut off valve had not leaked prior to this service, and the \diagnostic/repair\ person had not communicated any issues with the cold water valve at any time during his visits. He said could not do anything as he was not a plumber. It appeared that during the service visit the cold water shut off valve suffered damage. Contacted A Plus via email regarding the damage. Their response was that they were not prepared to accept any responsibility but were prepared to send out a plumber at the published rate.

Service men arrived on time and were very diligent about protecting my home while working.This was very much appreciated. They put down tarps all the way to my furnace room. They worked all day into the evening and installed my new furnace and air conditioner in one visit. Jeg and Farid (I think I got their names right) did a great job. Thank you very much!

High efficiency combination boiler required additional setup with the radiators and A-Plus staff like Shams and Aziz know their stuff...glad to have that skill level available going forward

This summer I renovated my basement and planned on putting in a gas fireplace. I searched around for contractors and after receiving a few quotes I went with Aplus Air. From the moment I spoke to the sales rep I felt he was steering me towards the right fireplace for the space I needed it for and make sure it met my budget. After installing it they had followed up with me on how the fireplace was working and if there were any issues. I’m a contractor my self and the service and workmanship provided was amazing. Made the whole experience easy. I will be calling them soon for a gas line hookup to my bbq!
