1010 Bistro is a quaint, intimate dining space serving upscale cuisine in Toronto, Canada. It is located near Lake Ontario and many other attractions. 1010 Bistro's cozy atmosphere makes it suitable for casual dates or evenings out with family.

The menu is a combination of French- and American-inspired dishes along with a few other international favorites. The New Zealand lamb rack is pan roasted to a medium rare with a black olive and garlic crust and served with potatoes and fresh vegetables. Another popular dish here is the wild sea bass, topped with pommery mustard, as well as a lemon and olive oil drizzle on a bed of risotto

I grew up in the neighborhood, and have seen 1010 Bistro and its predecessors undergo a lot of transformation. However, after visiting again recently, I don't think it's ever been better. We had a fantastic lunch prepared for us, and every dish was superb. The tomato bisque was tangy and smooth, the salmon and sea bass were expertly prepared, and the chocolate cake really topped off a perfect meal. It's a bit pricey, but you can really taste the quality, and this makes all the difference.

First impressions are lasting at 1010. Based on previous posts, we were waiting for the other shoe to drop. To our delight it never did. Tenderloin was mouth watering and the duck was too much food to finish. Service was relaxed and curtious. Well worth the price to treat ourselves, A spectacular evening overall.

The Bison Ribeye was done to perfection. The service was excellent. If you want a nice quiet fine dining experience, this is a great option.

The only challenge was deciding what to get. Everything looked amazing. I ended up getting the lamb and it was perfect. Just like being back in Australia.

Beware and avoid if having an Xmas party or large get together. We have a work get together last night with 20 people. The menus and wine was pre set. There was no prices on the menus. At the end of the meal they asked everyone to guesstimate how much wine they had and they kept filling glasses of sparking water for which they charged 8.00 dollars a glass for! They also added a 20 dollar tip to my bill. The food was good small portions but I felt I got riped off after paying 122.00 for one person to eat! I will not go back.
