Just finished up our visit today and we had a great experience. My whole family had been seeing there eye doctor here for years and are happy with the results. He made my daughter feel comfortable and proud for her first visit. The sales team always remembers us and makes us feel welcome. My prescription changed a lot and the great customer service promptly responded by replacing contacts I had already bought previously with my old prescription and couldn't wear with new ones at no cost. There's always parking which is handy. I highly recommend.

Service is unbelievable terrible. Customer service is the worst. I've been pushed around for 2 weeks for my glasses. From saying their original factory is close to the new place making my glasses confirm that my glasses is in the final stages. My glasses are in final stage for 2 weeks. They discuss their customers behind their back and the elder lady is terrible.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE -100 STARS I would! THE SENIOR LADY IS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE! I’ve bought a pair of glasses and the screw felt off, I went back to see if they could fix (OF COURSE I’d pay for) but THAT SENIOR LADY just said I HAVENT bought there and they will not fix(she didn’t even let me offer to pay for the service) and SHE CLOSED/SHUT THE DOOR ON MY FACE and WALKED BACK TO HER “OFFICE”! HOW CLASSY And PROFESSIONAL?! So JUST ONE BLOCK EAST .... OPTICAL VISIONS —there’s another optical store and THEY FIXED and after I offered they didn’t wanna the money! They just said if you need anything in the future just come back to us! (WHAT A DIFFERENCE!)

This place has gotten worse and worse every time I've went in there. Just recently I ordered somw glasses for my daughter they made them told us they were ready and they weren't the glasses she choose the lady agrued with me like I was wrong qe even had pictures daughter waiting 2 weeks for them for them to tell her to oic another pair and making her wait another week and a half. This place is brutal the worst place I've been to in a long time. And the old lady Rude as hell. Ill never get glasses there agai
