Extremely disappointed in the lapse of customer service I received this morning. We had ordered some gym equipment and weights online, so I went to the store to pick the order up. The order was quickly found and brought to the front, which was great. I then asked if the employee was able to help me load the weights into my vehicle, as I am currently 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. He told me that he was unable to leave and re enter the store due to covid, and therefore unable to help. I am truly at a loss for words. Consider placing an order elsewhere if you are pregnant and might potentially need assistance.

Great ppl and fast service
Was losing air in a tire on the 403 and landed at the Woodstock location. Even in the pandemic, they took me in right away and put my spare on. My size wasn't available in store, so no other purchase made. The best Canadian Tire experience I've had. Great service, very personable folks in the service dept.
Good shopping, they often have what we need and the app is very accurate for whether or not the items we are looking for are in stock. Also great service in the shop. Even though I was the only one in the waiting room for a service and the tv was on a very disturbing episode from some talk show (perhaps keep an eye on what's on the TV?), I didn't want to bother anyone to ask for it to be shut off but I eventually asked the manager if he could mute the tv. Well he must've seen I was reading a book and understood exactly because he just happily turned it right off! Very polite team at parts and service and always good service from the techs :)
The curb side pickup is god awful. Other curb side pickups are not this bad. Terrible customer service at this location and terribly disappointed how slow they place orders when other retail stores do it much better.
