We have a La Pavoni espresso maker that stopped working suddenly. Tony Fruci was extremely helpful with identifying the problem by telephone. Turned out the machine was fine but a 3-prong multiplug was rusted. Thank you Tony for your time and patience to help us sort out the problem.

Amazing personal service! I bought this La Pavoni Europiccola as a birthday gift. It was packed and shipped with care and arrived even sooner than promised. Unfortunately it had a problem with heating and I feared it would have to be shipped back for repairs, messing up the birthday. Instead, the incredible Antonio walked me through a very simple procedure that fixed the issue in seconds. Northwest Kitchenware will now get ALL my coffee-related business, and I'll tell everyone I know: THIS is the place to go. UPDATE JANUARY 15, 2021 I didn't see a way to add a NEW review, so I'll just update this one. I just bought my SECOND Espresso machine from these wonderful people. I'm loving my Europiccola I ordered; It arrived safely via canada post and i've been pulling some great shots this past week. Once I'm allowed to have friends over again, if anyone asks about my Europiccola, I'll be sending them your way.
Big respect for the person did I deal with which is I believe she is in owner I bought a bag of coffee beans and she offered me to grind them for me but unfortunately it didn't work for my machine it was too fine didn't go through the pod I called the store and she took a full responsibility and she gave me a brand new bag with no charge and she made me keeping the old bag. Great customer service and great attitude
I ordered a La Pavoni Europiccola from Northwest Kitchenware online. I researched this machine and shopped it extensively. While it is sold by the biggest online retailer AMZ (for a higher price) this Canadian supplier had it at a competitive price. This allowed me to upgrade my model, add a second portafilter and still stay within my budget. The online ordering was easy and quick and it was nice that they sent me the Canada Post tracking info (great communication). Shipping was fast and the machine arrived in perfect condition. I feel that specialized companies can successfully compete online with quality service, quality products, better pricing and good communication - even against the likes of the giant retailers.
