It's clean and we'll maintained. They have a variety of workout classes from Zumba to Kick Boxing throughout the day, everyday. What I really like is that they have a private gym just for women in addition to the regular co-ed gym. I would definitely recommend this gym!

I have been going to this gym for over 6 years and have enjoyed second of it!! from a great atmosphere, very kind and friendly staff and an up-to-date and clean facility this gym is simply the best one I have been to in Vaughan. I recommend this gym to anyone thinking of trying it as it is a very welcoming spot for anyone at any fitness level. Cant wait to keep improving!
Their lease was terminated for unpaid rent and the property has been taken over by the landlord according to a notice posted on the front door. No communication by gym ownership to its members about this development which seemingly occurred in the first few days of June. Ownership always seemed a bit sketchy, and this isn't the first property that has been shut down for a similar reason under their watch (Thornhill location suffered the same fate months ago). Besides that, it's too bad, because I actually liked the gym space and it was close to home. Time for us to look for a new place to get a pump when gyms re-open.
Best gym I've ever joined and I've joined many. They have every equiment needed , plenty of them and tons of space. To top it off...there's a good size women's gym accessed from the women's change room so you can work out discreetly if that's your preference. Everyone is respectful and minds their own business. Staff are friendly and helpful.
