We installed a pool and paid over 30% than the competition, about 150k since it was explained to us that everything is being done in house and that the sales person Ryan, told us that all services including Gas, and installing our Pergola roof is being done and managed by their team. The pool was installed within a month, and we were very happy with the speed, however we failed twice with inspections of our Gas, and our Pergola roof, was broken after the 1st use. We are following up with the owner for the past 2 seasons, and he claims that Ryan left the company, and he was using a 3rd party companies for the Gas, and he doesn't know where Ryan bought the roof for the pergola, he promising to take responsibility for the past 2 seasons, but he never took any actions, and just blaming his ex employee. At the end we hired and paid to their company, and were mislead that they are all employees of Aqua Spa and Pools.

I must be dealing with the wrong people at AquaSpa pools I’ve always had bad luck with them. My wife wanted to get the pool opened so she emailed our contact with a date. No one responded so she sent a follow up email. No one responded to that so I got a bunch of people at AquaSpa involved. That started some emails but no one answered the questions about dates or price. I had my wife phone today two weeks after all this started....now they have no time to open the pool because they booked up. I now have to wait three weeks for them to fit me in. So maybe I should get 2021 appointment set up now so I don’t put on the back burner. Very disappointed once again.

Thank You Aqua Spa Pools for making our dream backyard oasis a reality. We love the transformation of our basic yard turned into a amazing space for our family and friends to enjoy. Evan was so great to work with, he is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and so responsive to any questions we had. He helped us design and pick all the colours and we love it and get so many compliments on the stonework, pool liner colour and pavilion. If you are considering a pool I would highly recommend you get a design from Aqua Spas Pools & Landscape Design, it is to spec and they think of everything for you.

AquaSpa and Royal Stone transformed our backyard into a resort like oasis. Evan, our project manager, provided a wonderful design and oversaw the entire project from start to finish. Once they got a shovel in the ground...wow did they move fast - with quality and precision work. Every member of their team was so friendly and personable. They also kept a very clean worksite, leaving the site spotless at the end of each day. They finished the pool late in the 2018 season, but were back promptly to finish off their work so we could be swimming by the Spring of 2019. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at having a pool and landscaping done at their home. Worth every penny! Thanks to Evan and the entire team! The Appleton Family
