Huge attitude on the phone for absolutely no reason and overall unhelpful, wouldn't even bother going in if this how they treat the patients from the get-go.

The nurses were amazing and super friendly and helpful. Always made sure I was okay and comfortable with everything done and asked. I had read reviews before coming here, about the reciptionests. They seemed to enjoy being on their phones and talking about life, but they were by no means rude. They asked their questions as they needed and thay was all. Keep it up ladies! Everyone I spoke to was very kind. Thank you

This clinic is great and is the only place I could get help from beginning to end after being turned down at other places. Here, I was helped immediately the first appointment. My doctor (I wish I remembered her name) was so kind and careful to explain everything to me and she was very professional and gentle to make everything a smooth process. My follow appointment was with Lindsay (I believe is her name) and she was also very kind for my follow-up appointment and thorough to make sure I was taken care off. In all of this, I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, I really wish I found this place years ago..

A really great and pleasant experience. I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Pam, the Nurse Practioner was really knowledgable and compassionate. Despite some issues with my initial check-in (spelling my name correctly and having to change all my check-in info etc) I would definitely recommend this clinic. All of the staff are doing amazing and important work. Thank you for all you do. We see you and need you.

Today was my first time at the Women’s College Hospital Bay Centre for Birth Control. I wasn’t able to get an appointment by email, but received a prompt reply to call during business hours. Upon calling directly I was put on hold but when the receptionist did speak to me she was polite and helped me set up an appointment. There was a 3 week wait to be seen, which wasn’t my preference, but they have a lot of patients it seems. The day of my appointment, I waited for a half an hour longer than my appointment time. However it was worth it, because the doctor I had (Dr. Greenwald) was very friendly, a good listener, and very patient in going through my options in selecting an IUD. She made sure that I was completely comfortable and confident about my decision. When she installed the IUD, she was as gentle as possible and took great hygiene measures. She answered all my aftercare questions and sent me on my way feeling very cared for. When I booked my follow up the receptionist was pleasant and efficient. I agree that waiting past the appointed time sucks, but I understand why now, because the service I got was thorough and unhurried. Which in my opinion is how it should be when dealing with medical matters. If you are in an urgent hurry this may not be your best option. Otherwise, I recommend bringing something to read or headphones to pass time on your phone. They were all nice to me and I believe offering their sincere efforts to give the best care to each person.
