Rented fat tire bikes here in winter and had a great experience. Online rental was easy and straight forward, pick up and payment was seamless. They even answered some other questions we had about skis. Family members rented xc skis from here and had a similar good experience. A bit more info online about the rental products might be helpful (why you might choose one bike over another etc), especially for folks doing these sports for the first time, but overall great experience

A few weeks ago my spouse and I went to Woodcock to \look at\ mountain bikes. I'd checked their website and I knew what I wanted and what our budget was. Jude was our salesperson, and he was great - straightforward and friendly. It was a Saturday afternoon, and really busy, but he didn't rush us. Sad to say, but lots of bike shops aren't super female-friendly and can be really condescending, but no worries here. I went home that afternoon with my new bike, and I love it! I also brought my commuter bike in for service this month, and even though COVID makes everything different, Woodcock has a great system in place and everything went really smoothly.
They are by far the best store I have come across and their online orders department is currently over loaded no doubt, so they are currently not taking calls. But I contacted sales department if they could help me and they transferred me to the online orders department. She was so helpful and was going to process my order and fix my issue. Really great service! I would like to continue to buy from them because of their great services! They also have almost everything too!
I've been here a couple times and the staff are very kind and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. They've replaced a missing bolt cap on my front wheel for free, and cut off an old lock I'd lost the key to, also for free. Their attentiveness and suggestions were also really helpful, even when it wouldn't result in a sale. Got a good atmosphere going on here, too. I'd choose this as my number #1 if/when I could afford to get myself tuneups or a new bike haha
Thank you for the ease of online purchasing plus curbside pick up. I purchased a bicycle for our Grandaughter last week. The prompt and courteous service via email and phone was excellent. Once I arrived at the store for pick up, the two people I interacted with were both friendly and efficient. Our family has been patrons of this store for decades.
