*0 STARS IF I COULD* I was eyeing up a vehicle on their website for a couple weeks and finally went to test drive it. I loved it. They advertised a perfectly clean carfax online (which they presented in person that I signed) everything was fine, they told me to go insure it, come back, they'd put the plates on for me and I could drive off the lot with my new vehicle. Done deal right? Wrong. When I got back from insuring it , seconds away from starting it up and leaving, they waved me down and presented me a "new" carfax that showed my car had over 5,500 worth of hail damage on it. Complete BS. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone! Give your business to a company that is honest, genuine and deserving.. you won't get that here.

TL:DR buying the vehicle wasn't a problem, had some service issues, two blown appointments and a lot of running around. Initially was not going to leave a review but the salesperson was very persistent. I went in already knowing which vehicle I wished to purchase, so the sales staff wasn't pushy. However, the day I brought my vehicle home I noticed that the heat was not working for the driver's side, nor were the heated seats. I told my salesperson and he said he would get it checked for me and I booked an appointment that week. After bringing my vehicle in and leaving it for the day, I came back only to find that it wasn't even looked at. The maintenance staff was apologetic and gave me a complimentary oil change, but my vehicle was still not fixed. I spoke to my salesperson and he said he would reschedule me early next week. When the day came for my vehicle to be brought in, I was told that the shop was too busy and they would have to reschedule until Friday. They said that they would send a driver to pick my vehicle up and leave me with a courtesy vehicle. Friday morning comes and they ask me to bring the vehicle down. Wanting it done as quickly as possible, I complied. I did not receive a call with an update all day. At 4:30 I called my salesperson and he said the car was not done, and that it wouldn't be done until Monday. I was supposed to receive a call at 2:45 with an update, however I did not receive a call and went to the dealership after 4pm. My vehicle was still not ready, and I had to wait another half an hour for them to go pick it up.
Great experience after a succession of terrible experiences when buying a car. They weren't pushy at all. Were pretty quick and very friendly. We got a good deal. Very happy we decided to go here
When I went to Crown Automax I dealt with Noah. I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he went above and beyond to show me everything that met my criteria. I was pretty firm on my price and Noah did everything he could to make sure I was more than happy with my new vehicle and I definitely am. If you're even considering getting a new vehicle, go talk to him, you'll be happy you did!

I bought my first car from them. The people working there are very helpful and cooperative, specially Frank and Jasmine. Frank had good knowledge over the car I bought and was very true to the features he described. Jasmine helped me find a good interest rate. They called me in a month to see how I was doing with the new car which I find very important for a good dealer. I am very much satisfied with my car and I would recommend everyone to get your car from Crown Automax.
Sales rep Bikram Parmar was knowledgeable & found a car that suited our requested features & needs. Only complaint was that he was not completely upfront about the breakdown of costs & included an extended warranty that cost extra. His explanation made it sound like this was standard at no extra cost, when in fact it was a separate cost added on to the sticker price. This separate cost only came to light when going over the sales contract.
I had the best experience with a car dealership at Crown Automax to date. The Advertisement I located on the web had tons of information and photos, all of which were verified and matched exactly upon further inquiry. I was very happy to work with the Sales Representative, Bikram, who was happy to text with me and was readily available for questions. The discounted price was the price I paid, with no additional fees or markups. The test drive was wonderful, and well directed, as I was not familiar with the area. I got a beautiful vehicle in great condition and it was pristine when I drove it away. I would recommend the Crown group to anyone looking for a solid vehicle.
