Great service. Brought my bike in for my scheduled “ready to roll tune up”. I felt the shop is doing a great job of keeping everyone safe as the pandemic continues. Some issues needed to be addressed on my 9 year old bike and they walked me through my options and the pros and cons of each, greatly appreciated.

Service was phenomenal, very well organized during the Covid-19 restrictions. When my family and I got there they showed us exactly what we were looking for at a great price!! I would 10/10 recommend and go back anytime my family and I need a bike or bike repair.
The staff at Alter Ego was excellent. Buying a bike during public health restrictions is tricky, but the customer service and attention ensured that I got the right bike for me.
The staff at Alter Ego were fantastic, patient, and knowledgeable. The store was extremely busy (due to COVID restrictions) and they made us feel like we were in no rush and wanted to make sure we were happy. They knew what they were talking about and had suggestions to our concerns and questions. Would recommend to anyone.
