Very disappointed to hear about the service yesterday. My mother-in-law (60 years old) was having battery related issue and brought her vehicle in to get her battery tested before taking a 6 hour road trip. The young man in the service department asked her to go to the parking lot and take out her battery and bring it inside for him to test it instead of her pulling into the bay. She didn’t have tools so he actually gave her tools to take it out. She carried the heavy battery in where he tested it and said it was fine. Then made her carry the battery all the way around through the store as the door by the service door was locked and put it back in her vehicle She purchased the battery from there a few years ago. WOW!
Good store to visit. Has a good variety of products, and often great sales!
