In the 15 minutes I was there (cabana), I was asked if I needed help 3 times by one employee and 1 time by another employee totalling 4 times in 15 minutes. Each time, I politely replied that I did not require any help. So I’m not too sure what the reason was for being approached numerous times but it sure made me feel a little uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Also, the store was no where near closing time so I know it’s not due to store associates wanting to go home in a timely fashion. But I would like to add that I did end up going to the Tecumseh location afterwards for a product that I was unable find at the cabana location, and was met with great customer service!

Such a great new location, packed with everything you need on a quick convenient corner. Second time in @ this store & love it.
The owner and workers are very kind and helpful even during the pandemic
Staff isn't helpful, doesn't seem they know the products. I bought a color removing kit but forgot the developer, and they didn't catch that or point it out.
Taking a class thru Windsor Beauty and loving it.
