Friendly & Helpful I was in Emco today picking up a new strainer assembly for my kitchen sink. One of the guys was in there and explained how to do it and refresh my ancient memory. Even went to his truck to get me some putty to install it with, saving me buying a whole container. He didn't have to do any of this, but he saw someone struggling and offered free help. When I remodel my kitchen next year, he is the guy I will call.

They were really great. My aunt's furnace broke and they came the next morning, diagnosed the problem, which was the circuit board, had it in stock, and fixed it within a couple of hours. They were super responsive and I just paid them over the phone. It was a real stress reliever having it fixed so quickly.
