I had to get digital fingerprinting for my visa application. Mike was very helpful in explaining the whole process and saved me money by suggesting I wait a week to send my prints to the RCMP. The first time I went, my fingerprints didn't work and it was a bit frustrating, considering I need a clearance for my visa. He gave me a paper with what to do and suggested I book an appointment the next week. So, after a week of lotioning, wearing gloves at work, and prayer I went to get them scanned again. And they worked! Super thankful for the professional team at Commissionaires. I got my RCMP clearance in the mail today:)

Had to get fingerprints done for work--made appointment for their opening time at 8:30 am. As I had to come from Chatham (45 minute drive) I arrived at 8am. I was sitting in my car when the staff arrived-- the staff came outside having coffee-- and fingerprint person came over and asked me if I was there for fingerprinting--he said to come on in--I was in and out by 8:10am. I was taken in early which they did not have to do. I appreciate that I was able to get this done early as I had other appointments in Windsor. Thanks.

The person whom I talked to over the phone, was not friendly and not very informative. He was kinda rude and acted like he didn't even care if I go or not. Would not recommend anyone to go there.
