Great people with great resources. Doing so much good in a world with so much uncertainty. Their presence on social media and the community is underrated, and more people should be taking part to bring more attention to the situation of mental health. May they be guides for people in need forever. :)

Can take care of so many mental & physical health issues. Caring staff, programs, & supportive staff for just about anything that your facing. Classes & therapy. Physical health care services if you qualify ( speak to staff, fill out a form if you need a doctor/ nurse practitioner). So friendly, and so understanding.

When we lost our only child I don't know if we would have gotten through it without them. All staff compassionate and understanding.

Horrible reception, petty, office infighting, rumours, innuendo. Receptionist was so rude and yelling once I started crying, and I manager came out because the receptionist was so loud and rude. Dr barely looked at the fungus on my toe, and literally didn't even bend over before trying to prescribe me drugs. I was prescribed back pain meds before any examination, but I before chiro or physio. Chiro and physio were at odds asto what stretches I should be doing. A psychiatric counselor had me wait several months with no specifics c goal. She also called me to complain bitterly and accuse me of tarnishing her status with the staff, was sarcastic and demeaning, just bizarre. Appointments cancelled with no notice given. I finally gave my complaints to the manager, and xplaining this isn't a nail salon, your staff needs to be more sensitive to the patients who come in with pain and trauma. Patients need to feel welcome, but not berated, dreading their appointment. Literally, I I came out of that meeting, still tear streaked from the frustration, to find a gaggle of no less than 5 \healthcare professionals\ all gossiping about me at reception, grinning, whispering, looking guilty and dispersing when they saw me. Never heard back from the manager. I stopped going because it was more trauma than healing. I met several people later with similar stories about this clinic, and spe ifically the snotty receptionists and weird dynamic within the clinic staff that ended hurting the patients.
