Never open, changes his dates from the 14 to the 19th of October, doesn't answer his phone or can't leave a message. Don't bother waiting just go buy something at the pawn shop.

Update: Horrible service. Waiting 5 months for my circular saw, and owner refused to contact me! Avoid this business!!! (Good news is I went to Ryobi online and made several service incidents, and they apologized for the bad service in Windsor, and eventually sent me a brand new saw! A warranty is a warranty.) This is a certified repair shop for Ryobi, and I was made to wait nearly 6 months without a phone call or email. I had to phone Ryobi directly to find out where my tool went. I'm okay with a wait if there's communication, but the shop's phone box is full, and my emails were ignored. I was forced to drive to the shop just to be told he couldn't find my saw. Horrible service from this business. If you're having the same issue, call Ryobi and file a complaint. I hope you have a better experience than me, but dont give up! I eventually was given a new saw.
Yeah unfortunately dropped off my tool 2 months ago and now cannot get ahold of anyone.
3 months and tool not fixed never returned calls inquiring about repair, super unprofessional establishment, so much junk cluttered in storefront single file to counter had to step back out the door for someone else to get out
