Algonquin Tea has been a favorite in our home for the last ten years. The Sweet Fern Tonic has been so helpful for my joints, and has been especially supportive for reducing some of the systemic inflammatory concerns that have effected my health. I have been inspired to learn about the herbs that are in their teas, to look to the land for healing, and to encourage others to try to their delicious, nourishing blends. Thank you for being my favorite Canadian company!!
I can't say enough good things about this tea!!! Specifically, my favorite is the "Peace Tea" blend. If I'm having a rough and stressful day or if I'm having trouble sleeping, I just need to drink a cup of this tea and after a few minutes I can literally feel my body physically relaxing. A lot of the herbs in the tea are traditionally used to relieve anxiety, and in my experience, I really find that this tea does this for me. I also like the "Awakening Tea", it has a nice taste, and since I don't drink coffee, it's a nice alternative morning beverage.
The most wonderful tea. I purchased two boxes when I was at a trading post in northern ontario, so very glad I did. I have already sought out the nearest retailer to me so I can keep drinking my Algonquin tea!
